Of the 48 million people expected to visit New York City this year, it’s unlikely many of them will make it to Inwood, the northernmost neighborhood in Manhattan. Maybe that’s because for years these neighborhoods have literally been off the map. Local artists have branded being left out with new artwork, including M.
